Jabraan Pasha

As founder and CEO of Lean in DEI, Dr. Jabraan Pasha spends many of his non-clinical days healing our evolving culture. He understands that bias is baked in to too many of our organizations, and he also truly believes that there is a way to do better. In his clear, kind, and cutting-edge workshops, he frames up the ways in which racism gets in the way of our ability to be impactful, and helps teams go deep on where their culture needs to change.

A man of many talents and modes, he also knows how to keep it byte sized as an experienced commentator on CNN, MSNBC, and NBC. Bring him in for a DEI workshop, a keynote speech on health disparities in America or social determinants of health, or as a panelist who brings a medical background to bear on some of the most pressing challenges of this national moment.

Jabraan gave the BEST talk about diversity, equity and inclusion that I've heard in 30 years.

It is not about pointing fingers or placing blame. We need to destigmatize conversations about disparities so we can in turn, normalize these conversations. This removes the a big barrier to constructive dialogue.
