Ebony Underwood is a social entrepreneur, content creator, thought leader and founder/CEO of WE GOT US NOW, the first-of-its-kind national, nonprofit, nonpartisan organization advancing the well-being of children and young adults impacted by parental incarceration with a mission to engage, educate, elevate, and empower stakeholders and communities for as long as jails and prisons exist.As a daughter of an incarcerated parent, Ebony has utilized her lived experience to develop a nationwide network of directly impacted daughters and sons, strategic partnerships, and a Top 10 rated podcast that has changed policies at the local, state and federal levels and shifted stigmatizing narratives to light a new path.
